When I want to click on a button in the properties view if this button is not directly visible in the properties view I need to click two time in order the action is launched. 
To reproduce, create a properties view with many labels and after an hyperlink widget with an action button. When you open the properties view pay attenttion that the button is not directly visible, use the scrollbar to see it. Then try to click on the button. The action is not launched you need to click another time to launch it.
It seems that the first click just get the focus and then the second launch the action as expected.

A potential fix was merged. We're waiting to have used it a little more on different systems to be reasonably sure it does not cause any regression before closing the ticket.

I've tested it under Linux and Windows 10, and Axel has checked under macOS: eveything seems fine. We'll consider this fixed unless someone reports otherwise.
