I have always the following error

Even if I switch to the last version of papyrus-components-parent 0.0.17-SNAPSHOT

This error is due to a problem of cache

adding the -Dtycho.localArtifacts=ignore option do not change anything

deleting the .m2/repository/org/eclipse/papyrus do not cvhange anything
deleting the .p2 nor (filled by eclipse only)
but deleting the p2 files in ~/.m2/repository/.meta/p2-local-metadata.properties
solve the issue

I will add this into the components documentation.
