The "Build Technologies" section on the "Developer Resources" tab is shifted to the right (e.g. [1]).

This should be aligned with the section above it.

CSS style and templates replaced for the "Build Technologies", "Build Documentation" and "Build Links".  

This removes the margin on "build technologies" used to present it side-by-side with "Build Documentation".  The build links table is now rendered by the theme. 

As well, these fields will respect the field label settings set in drupal admin. (show inline, hide, display)
