Hi there

We're having varied issues with our Hudson at 
https://hudson.eclipse.org/scout/

It looks like we cannot perform git operations that require access to the remote anymore (clone, fetch, prune branches).
Also, we cannot restart the HIPP since https://dev.eclipse.org/site_login/myaccount.php gives a timeout.

Could you restart it for us please? (Unless you know that the issues with git access have a different cause)
