Build: IES orion-client-nl-return-20160804-1200a

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open   Web Browser and input test URL(we use http://tvt12.orion.eclipse.org:9000 as Orion test URL)
2. Sign   In Orion
3. Click  Git icon from left side
4. Click REPOSITORY drop-down icon
5. Click Clone Repository button
6. Click More
7. Input for repository URL and tick "Clone submodules automatically"
8. Click OK button and show the error messages


Problem Description:
Non-externalized strings "Clone submodules automatically" and  error messages "Cannpt read property 'getSubmoduleNames'of undefined" are found under pseudo build.
