To modify the format or style of a label, the user must select the corresponding edge. If the user selects the label, all format/styles actions are disabled.

Steps to reproduce:
* Open a diagram (with an edge with a label)
* Select the edge
* Bold, Italic, Font color, Font style (name, size, ...) actions are enabled in the tabbar
* Select the label of the edge
* Bold, Italic, Font color, Font style (name, size, ...) actions are disabled the tabbar--> KO these actions muts be enabled on label selection
