Once installed, the extension reference widget should be able to replace the reference widget in the default rules. In order to achieve this, the dynamic mappings if should have an "identifier: EString" property in order to support proper customization with the IDescriptionConverter.

Removing the dependency to the issue in EEF since it is not strictly required and it can be done just as easily without this improvement.
