As another time [1] and [2], we have a pb between Gerrit and HIPP.
The "Verified +1" is not send from jobs to gerrit. Example with the gerrit https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/78264/2 and the corresponding jobs https://hudson.eclipse.org/sirius/job/sirius.gerrit.build-neon/1590/ and https://hudson.eclipse.org/sirius/view/gerrit/job/sirius.gerrit.tests-neon/250/.

I've tested a restart of HIPP from [3] and a restart of gerrit-trigger plugin from [4]. But these change nothing.
I try a second restart of HIPP, but I have this message: "You have already submitted a request. Please wait for the current request to complete. (1356)". The first restart has probably not be done.

Is a hard reset needed (this solved the pb last time [1])? Why?

The HIPP is no longer accessible "HTTP ERROR: 503: Service Unavailable". Did someone do something?

I don't think anyone did anything, so my guess is that the restart request put the instance in a strange state.  I've manually restarted the instance and it seems to be responding now.
