Looking here, the build status claims "HIPP instance is down":

But our HIPP is actually up and happy, so looks like a bug in the Portal ?

The URL of the "TCF 1.0.x (Juno) maintenance" job was pointing to the wrong location. I fixed it for you, but you should also be able to fix it yourself.

Sorry for missing the broken link, I did not notice that master and Kepler were good so it had looked like a bigger issue to me.
