I've seen the Releng HIPP lately "get behind" in executing small little jobs because our builds take so long. I think bumping the executors up to 4 or 6 will help with that. 


If I recall, I can do this at any time, (i.e. don't need webmasters to do it) and, I think it needs to be restarted after doing so (don't recall for sure, but will restart it for good measure).

It didn't seem to need a restart. 

I changed executors to 4 and Hudson immediately started executing those in the queue.
