Only four icons are on the toolbar. When I select Window -> Perspective -> Customize Perspective I get the following error. This occurs on:

Now this error occurs upon start-up too.

same here - Lubuntu 16.10

Unhandled event loop exception
java.lang.StackOverflowError

displaying only 4 buttons

I cannot reproduce this issue on GTK3.22, 4.8 M7, and Fedora 28.
