I've got error dailogs (10+) keep popping up while I edit a JavaScript file.

This one keeps happening. 
I am trying to evaluate if I can switch from Nodeclipse to the new Neon JavaScript support. So far not so bad, but if I need to close a dialog 10-15 times to continue typing, I may not be able to use the IDE. 

Is there workaround for this, or at least a way to make these errors not to popup dialog?
