- Create Viewpoint Specification Project using the identically named wizard.
 - The MANIFEST.MF file contains a version '1.0.0'.
 - The '.qualifier' postfix is missing.

As far as I know, it is considered standard practice to use a qualifier, so the wizard should generate one. Other wizards, such as plug-in projects etc, also include such a postfix. So it should also be added for consistency.

The VSP creation wizard now creates a manifest with Bundle-Version: 1.0.0.qualifier
