- select any folder that's not top-level
- right-click -> Rename
- enter a new Name, OK
- after the rename an error message is shown, like "File not found: <the original file path>" (** on IDS this error message is much larger and more conspicuous **)
- the workspace is left inconsistent; for example, note in the attached screenshot that  it is still trying to show "tests" in the RHS, even though it has been renamed to "testsrenamed"
  -> as a result further actions can cause "An unknown error" to be displayed

I believe this is happening after the changes in fileClient (Changed event).
