When I try to run a project, the cursor immediately enters the loading state indefinitely. Although scrollover menus still work, all buttons/click events become unresponsive, including the window's "close" button. 

When creating a new project, no loading bar appears. Eclipse stays on the 'create project' screen indefinitely. When I press the red button to stop, edge around the button disappears as if it has been pressed, but Eclipse remains stuck on the 'create project' screen. If I try to exit Eclipse, it warns me that it's still busy and I must tell it to stop its current process before I can exit. 

These problems have persisted through 2 reinstallations.

We need more information about where it is stuck.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
