As part of Neon, some components of Nebula have been released and are not in Incubation anymore. This includes Paperclips. We have a copy of an earlier version directly embbeded in our code (in /org.eclipse.sirius.table.ui/src-paperclips) because we could not depend on the original one while it was still in Incubation status. Now that Paperclips is our of Incubation, we could remove our copy and depend on the original.

This is not high priority, as Paperclips is not a component that moves a lot (to say the least), so there is probably no functional difference between the two versions.
