Now that javadoc is produced from two bundles within the DOT component, the entry point for the API is a different one. We need to adjust this, so the toc correctly points to the API javadoc.

I adjusted the API javadoc path within org.eclipse.gef4.dot.doc/toc.xml. Pushed changes to origin/master. Resolving as fixed in 4.0.0 RC4.
