Currently, the "Tag Cloud" view contributes "Load file", "Load stopwords", and "Export image" actions to the file menu. These should be renamed to better describe the actions: "Load words from file", "Load stopwords from file", "Export tag cloud to image".

I renamed the file menu actions accordingly. The code is published on the master branch, therefore, I resolve this ticket as fixed for 4.0.0 RC4.
