Description
Pascal Rapicault
As mentioned, the only two issue trackers that are approved for Eclipse projects are Bugzilla and GitHub Issues. I could be wrong here. I know that Tuleap is not part of the official infrastructure. But at one point, Git was not part of it either and some people tried it, issues / concerns got found, discussed and resolved, and it eventually got adopted. My point in opening this bug is to keep track of the issue and discuss a potential solution. I recommend that you rephrase the problem. The summary suggests a need to solve a general problem, but what you have is a specific one. e.g. "Please close the EGerrit product for new bug reports" or something along those lines. (In reply to Pascal Rapicault from comment #0) > - Completely delete EGerrit from the Bugzilla There's a lot of history captured already. I'm not particularly comfortable with this option. I assume that the project's contribution guide(s) provide appropriate pointers. (In reply to Wayne Beaton from comment #3) > I recommend that you rephrase the problem. I'm not particularly comfortable > with this option. We've discussed this but, there is nothing earth chattering in the bugs. Just a track of records of how things evolved and were broken :) We could also move the history in Tuleap. > I assume that the project's contribution guide(s) provide appropriate > pointers. I've started to update the wiki, but I'm have not been able to update the Infobox, and I'm not sure if I can change the links on the project page (https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.egerrit/develop) This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant. -- The automated Eclipse Genie. WONTFIX. Tuleap is not supported for use by Eclipse Projects. |
