The idea is to allow end user to contribute orion.edit.command.category and orion.edit.command from plugins.
The user can specify all the search parameters, keyword, search scope, file patterns, case sensitive, whole word, regEX from the command contribution.

The Orion client side will have an extension point to bring up the search panel, do the search and show the result.
