org.eclipse.ui.cocoa.fullscreenWindow was deprecated in 4.6 in favour of the new cross-platform command org.eclipse.ui.window.fullscreenmode for toggling full-screen.  We will remove org.eclipse.ui.cocoa.fullscreenWindow for 4.7.

Announced in removals guide for Platform 4.6 / Neon.  Planned for removal in 2018.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. As such, we're closing this bug.
