The full implementation will be done after nodegit's support for remote-ls function. For now just push top 100 to enable tags pushes.

I still get an error "report-status: protocol error" when pushing 100 tags.  Tried 1 tag plus the branch ref and it also fails.  Maybe nodegit does not support multiple refspecs.

My clone uses the SSH protocol. Does it work with HTTPS protocol?
