The creation handle of the logo example currently uses a custom rendered visual for the create handle. We should use a complementary icon to that of the delete handle, so the look and feel is more concise.

To improve the look and feel, replaced the customly rendered visual with an icon of the same style as the delete icon. Pushed all changes to origin/master. Resolving as fixed in 4.0.0 RC1.
