Arthur van Dorp and I are new release engineers for Eclipse Scout and are taking over this task from Stephan Leicht Vogt. We'd like to use two committers to allow us to carry on if one is unavailable.

As described in [1] we'd like to apply to be added as committers to the SimRel.Build repository so that we can commit our contributions to the simultaneous release.

If you can only grant commit rights to a subset of the repository, that would also be ok, as long as we can edit the file "scout.b3aggrcon"


(I guess the EPP repository is not linked with this and has to be done via a normal committer nomination?)

To be explicit, I read this as Dorp and Patrick are to be added, and Stephan is to be removed. And that is a plus one from me for "simrel.build" (callisto-dev Unix group). 


And, yes, EPP goes through a fairly normal "nominate/vote" cycle. I believe the procedure is to "declare" on the epp-dev list who is taking over as package maintainer, and then that person will be nominated. As far as I know, there is supposed to be just one (for a definitive voice) but double check with EPP. 
[I believe you are to also say explicitly what other Eclipse project you are a committer on, just to be explicit.]
