Open the key bindings dialog, and try to find "References". It's not there.
The key binding for References -> Project is ctrl+shift+Y, so now type "+Y" in the key binding dialog filter and see that the name for this key binding is "Project" (see attached screen snap). A much more useful name would be "References in Project".

It seems that only the leaf menu item is used for the name. Need to check if this is a problem for other commands, too.
