While "Site explorer" view is opened,if any action is performed via synchronize,
upload, or make new folder in the "New Site" panel, that changes the content of
the site itself, this is not reflected in the "Site explorer" view unless you 
close and reopen it.
An automatic or manual refresh action should be provided to keep this view in
sync with target contents.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
