I've created 2 projects with Japanese names and deleted them. The issue seems already fixed.

I check and investigate for this defect, it works for Japanese names. but it can't delete successfully when the name include character "\". The problem may be caused by "\", not the Japanese characters. The test data example "A - Дфэ أبتث अइउ € ¥ \ 鯵㈱表噂ソ十豹竹敷~兎椄*@'" also include the "\" character.

Additional note: It works under Firefox 43(can be created and deleted).
but In IE 11, the project name including "\" can't be created successfully and display normally.
