It is not usefull to have DTableElementSynchronizer in the table metamodel, as it is not a model element and we use no EObject services with it. Furthermore, DTableElementSynchronizer instances are not created by the TableFactory but by org.eclipse.sirius.table.business.internal.dialect.TableDialectServices.refreshImpactedElements(DRepresentation, Collection<Notification>, IProgressMonitor).
