The Papyrus HIPP:

   https://hudson.eclipse.org/papyrus/

seems to be down.  The Foundation Portal HIPP management tool doesn't seem to be able to bring it back to life.  The portal suggests that there should be some feed-back from my restart request, but there wasn't any:

There was nothing following the "Output text:" indication.

Note also that it took an inordinate amount of time for this HIPP to shut down in the first place.  I don't know why it was scheduled for shut-down, but it was stuck not allowing any new builds for quite a long while after the last build that had been in progress finished.

This is covered in bug: 484305 . Basically we're moving papyrus to another host, and the instance is 'offline' while the data is transferred.

Oh, okay, thanks.  Didn't get any heads-up about that from whomever on the Papyrus team requested this change.
