Trying to restart the Trace Compass HIPP, it now fails to start. This is following a fix for the buttons and version not being correct in the Hudson Controls, see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=490851#c2

Bad permissions on the target war file.  I've fixed them and started the instance.

Thanks! It works and I tested restarting it again and it worked properly.
