+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #461740 +++

The validation problems markers are displayed on a diagram.
But, if the semantic resource (or maye aird) is controlled, no decorator is displayed. The problems view show the corresponding errors though.

Steps to reproduce :

- import the provided project
- open "class diagram" on "main" EPackage
- validate diagram => decorators are displayed = OK

- open "sub1 package entities"
- validate diagrams => decorators are not displayed = OK

Fix must be cherry-picked and adapted from 3.1.x branch. 
Test cases should be completed with additional scenario related to referenced DAnalysis on master branch

The two above commits fix the problem. Only the tests (comment 2) are needed to close this issue as resolved.

The tests will not be done directly in Sirius (but in another product that uses Sirius).

Verified on Sirius 4.0.0 RC1 (4.0.0.201605180923) with manual tests of description.
