Compared to the previous version, orion version 11  cannot find the dependency associated folder menu

Open a file,click the menu entry (Fele->New ->Dependency->Associated Folder) . Associate a floder From the workspace whit this project ,but this feature not found in version 11.

I can't get this feature to work at all.  I create a folder "junk" in the root and try and associate it.  "junk" is not in the list.
