Description
Tod Creasey
Moving to Platform UI. PDE wizards do nothing special to support/not support mnemonics. I reported a similar bug to this in the past (Bug 44919) which Silenio fixed. There is some jockeying back and forth about whether "NumLock" is on. I'm passing this to SWT for comment. I can't reproduce on my machine, and this does not sound like a key bindings problem. Focus seems to be non-existant when the selection page is initially shown. Reassigning priority to P1 for 3.0 because it is on Tod's hotlist. I can replicate this on my Red Hat 9 GTK in eclipse M8. I looked at bug 44919, where the problem was the NumLock key, and this is not the problem here (i.e. I do not have any accelerators on that page whether or not NumLock is on). *** Bug 57552 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Bug 57552 provides an additional case in which this is failing. A fix for this is important for the Linux platform usability in general. Fixed > 20040412. Verified in 20040520 |
