The new download location for the Neon installers is:

  /home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org/oomph/epp/neon/M5

Please make them available as soon as possible.

The download location has been updated for Neon:
https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/index-developer.php?neon

I also updated the download location for Mars:
https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/index-developer.php?release=mars

Let me know if that is correct or if it needs adjustments.

Perfect.

That's not good! The EPP Neon version of the installer can NOT install Mars products. Please revert this particular change as soon as possible.

Just for the future, I'll always submit separate bugzillas for the different release train streams ;-)
