Bug 35779 bound Alt+Shift+Y for Toggle Word Wrap. Alt+Shift must not be used as sole modifiers on the Mac.

Andrey, this caveat is properly documented in the key > sequence attribute of the org.eclipse.ui.bindings extension point, and it should have jumped into your eyes when you wrongly inserted the new contribution in between the contributions for the toggleBlockSelectionMode.
