Small window after moving Eclipse by dragging header bar

Moving Eclipse by clicking and dragging the header bar from maximized causes Eclipse to shrink to a very small size. I have attached a screenshot.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Eclipse, and maximize the main window.
2) Click and drag by the header bar to move the window.

Expected results:
3) The window shrinks about 25% in size.

Actual results:
3) The window shrinks 90% in size to that of roughly 100x100px.

Environment:
Latest nightly (N20160117-2000)
Fedora 23
GTK3.18.6

I can confirm it does not occur on GTK2.

I can't reproduce this issue any more on X11. It happens on Wayland but we have a bug open for it already.
