Whiteboard:

Description Lars Vogel CLA 2016-01-12 08:54:17 EST
The term "Eclipse Workbench" is IMHO confusing for new users. If I'm a new user and want to learn about the Eclipse IDE this term does not help me.

Yet "https://www.eclipse.org/users/" points new users to it:

I suggest to rename this link to:

If you agree, I also will suggest to rename the help topic from "Workbench User Guide" to "Eclipse IDE User Guide".

May I also suggest that we update the download link in the Get Started section for the Eclipse Installer?

It looks like we are now linking to /downloads instead of a specific package/installer.

I was not aware of this change when I posted my comment.
