It would be helpful to perform a check against a saved entry from the AUT in the systems clipboard in the Client API.
The solution should work for all supported toolkits.

Workflow:
- Save text from running AUT in system clipboard.
- Check the clipboards text against a value from the specified central test data.
- If the values have a match, proceed.
- If the values don´t match throw a checkFailedException

I'd add that if we want to add this, that we should also allow it for the ITE.

It is ready to be pushed to gerrit, but I still have no gerrit access. The webmaster did not fix it so far. I wrote multiple mails, today one with the friendly note that this is urgent.

Tested the Teststep "Check text in Clipboard" in all Toolkits and it works fine for me

This action is not only for the API but also for the ITE, so everyone can use it with the next release.
