Hello,

with the latest Eclipse version I observe the following issue on Linux.
The horizontal scrollbar is not shown in table.

The issue can be reproduced with
http://www.java2s.com/Code/Java/SWT-JFace-Eclipse/TableExample.htm
Just add some columns that should cause a horizontal scrollbar.

I cannot reproduce this issue on GTK3.22/Fedora 28, with SWT 4.8 M7.
