As Oomph produces a lot of overhead at the current development stage (and furthermore seems to report several false-positive), removed all Oomph related configuration files and builders. I also adjusted the contributor guide (which mentions Oomph now only for GEF 3.x). Resolving as fixed in 3.11.0 M4.
