Sequence diagram dialect being based on diagram, its refresh also, this last, i.e. DDiagramSynchronizer, ask to IPermissionAuthority if it can refresh the DDiagram. The sequence part of the refresh, i.e. org.eclipse.sirius.diagram.sequence.business.internal.refresh.RefreshLayoutCommand, doesn't check lock status to IPermissionAuthority while it should to be coherent with diagram refresh.
