Build 3.0M5

Quickfix could offer to configure the corresponding option when assisting for
an optional problem. We get PRs about people looking for the proper option in
the preference page sometimes, and some may not even now these are configurable.

can you give an example?
Is it like 'Disable NLS-String warnings'?

See bug 48205 for instance. In a general manner, all optional problems could
offer such a quickfix, which means that when adding new problems, users would
easily be able to disable them.

Indeed, disabling the optional check is a quick fix as well. We have to come
up with a nice UI if we do so. If the project doesn't have it's own compiler
settings than disabling the option "globally" might not be the expected
behaviour. We have to keep this in mind when providing such a quick fix.

The alternative could be that the problem hover contains a link that opens the option in the preference page
