When authoring many of our various *.xml files a content developer/configurer 
needs to provide plugin-ids and class names.  An example of this is hooking in 
actions to a cheat sheet.

However, once you have found a class that performs your desired action, there 
is no easy way to figure out what plug-in that class lives in.  This is 
particularly true for binary projects.

This makes doing relativly easy user level things, like creating a cheat 
sheet, very, very difficult.

I believe there is a big need for tooling to help a user do this.
