We should IMHO drop the currently existing Cloudio application as well as the Cloudio perspective. The TagCloud view already provides everything that is relevant for end-users. If its properly resizable (see bug #467033) (and probably provides its actions in an own toolbar as well) it should be sufficient as the end-user UI.

I deleted the Cloudio application and related perspective. Pushed all changes to origin/master. Resolving as fixed in 3.11.0 M5.
