I'm trying to automate the publication of the EGerrit plugin as much as possible, and I'm wondering if there is an API that can be used to do so.

I'm going to put this down as a duplicate of bug 418527 even though that only asks for updating an existing solution via API. I think publish and update are pretty close together...
