UI small icons problem

Hi there,
I have A problem with the Eclipse UI on my Windows 10 OS.
My Windows 10 OS is installed and running on my Macbook pro 15 with retina display, in Bootcamp mode.
I tried searching a solution for this problem that Eclipse IDE has with retina displays. But all results refer to this problem on OS X, or when running on virtual machines.
I tried changing everything I know that can be changed in Windows OS, but with no results.

1. I tried changing the setting Settings--> Display--> Change the size of text, apps, and other items to 150%-200%, with a display resolution of 1920x1200, but that didn't work.

2. I tried changing the setting Properties--> Compatibility--> Disable display scaling on high DPI settings, also didn't work.

I'm attaching several screenshot images that describe the problem and setting that were changed.

Do you notice any difference when compared to a Win10 running directly on a high resolution retina like display ?

I'm not sure I can answer your question, as I don't have any other retina display
