Since we in Platform are distributing Ant 1.9.6 with the Neon release in June, I would like to have that installed on /shared/common.

My motivation is simply to use it in our builds where we now use 1.9.2 or 1.9.4, just to make sure there are no surprises (or, at least, know about them ahead of time).

If there are no (quick) objections, I will install it there, just by unzipping a distribution from Apache site. (But thought best to document here, even if I did it the work :)

I'll leave "latest" as it is, for now. But maybe in 3 to 4 weeks, Mikael you may want to update that. (assuming no complaints).

Note: I did not run "fetch.xml", which I think sometimes I do, and sometimes I don't. Someone may be depending on some of those optional libraries, but I thought best to start off conservative, with minimal installation. But, I have no objections if someone needs it ran.

For the record, I downloaded apache-ant-1.9.6-bin.zip and checked its sha512sum against what Apache provided, which was
