See bug 478983 comment 2 for original mention of change. 

But, from local testing, this "broke the build", due to "eclipse-run" failing. 

So, I'll revert the "eclipserun-repo" change until the root cause of it is figured out.

Due to the issues found and documented in bug 478984, we can not (easily?) use M2 for our eclipserun tasks, so will use update using the first I-build after M2,  I20151006-0800, which had some changes reverted and allowed eclipserun plugin to work again (for our apigeneration task).
