I frequently see methods like this:

@Override
public void initialize(AnimationEngine engine) {
	// TODO Auto-generated method stub
	background = tabItem.getParent().getBackground();
	display = tabItem.getParent().getDisplay();
}

Such TODOs should be removed from our code basis.

I also plan to to minor formating updates during this removal but no functional chanages
