Description:

Those fields should begin in same place. Please correct that. Polish language report it and we tested that it appeared in almost all languages.

Steps:
Open   Web Browser and input test URL(we use http://tvt.orionhub.org:8000/ as Orion test URL)
Sign   In Orion
Click  Site icon from left side
Click  Create button
Input  TVTTEST as site name and click submit
